Wellness isn’t just about green smoothies or yoga poses—it’s a conscious commitment to caring for your whole self: mind, body, and spirit. For many of us, wellness begins in a moment of realization—when we’re running on empty, constantly overwhelmed, or simply disconnected from ourselves. I know that moment well. Mine came when I realized I was spending more time reacting to life than truly living it.

The Wake-Up Call

At one point, my days were filled with obligations that left little room for rest or joy. I was constantly tired, emotionally drained, and unable to remember the last time I did something just for me. I had neglected my health—mentally and physically—for too long. It took burnout for me to finally pause and ask, “What does my body need? What does my spirit crave?” That pause was the beginning of my wellness journey.
